Our Processes

We:

  • Receive invoices directly from your service providers

  • Pay them on your behalf by claiming the funds from the NDIS

  • Confirm correctness of line items and pricing

  • Create payment requests in real-time via the NDIS and pay providers within 5 - 7 business days

  • Provide monthly statements relating to supports paid for and balance of support budgets.

What to do next?
  • At your planning meeting you can tell NDIS staff that you would like a plan manager to support you. 

  • Once you have nominated AFS Plan Management as your plan manager, AFS will automatically become a participant endorsed provider and be able to view information on a participant's plan managed funds.
